Can others without MG Picker Studio licenses use my MG Picker made pickers?

If I make a picker for a rigged model I made, can others use the picker I made for my model with MG Picker Studio without installing it?

Would others need to download the free version or would they need to install and buy a license to use my custom picker?

Sure they can.

Using a read-made picker does not requires a license at all, it is all free.
